How do I use the Chrome extension?
Once installed, click the Sitemark icon in your browser toolbar on any website. Make sure you are logged in, and a feedback toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the pin icon, then click anywhere on the website to leave a comment.
Why are my screenshots not uploading?
Make sure you have granted the extension permission to access the current tab. If you are self-hosting Sitemark, check that the backend can write to its Google Cloud Storage bucket (GCS_BUCKET).
Can I invite clients to view my feedback?
Yes. In the Sitemark dashboard, open your project and click Share to send an email invitation. They can then log in and reply to your pins in real time.
